I have 4 of these tech t shirts. They are all great but I think the colour on this one is first class.

The shirts are really flexible and I use them for work, going the shops and there's no doubt they would be a great training shirt.

When I go away with the bike for a few days they are invaluable. They weigh nothing and roll up about the size of a napkin. They never crease. I use them for going out for an evening meal, knocking around the b&b and have slept in one on a chillier night. Go great with a pair of jeans and a pair of shorts. They are a quality item and I can't recommend them enough. They are the very definition of a lightweight layer if you need to have options. All the designs I have are great too.
